True or not I think your post indicates that you want more CTP, but not at current prices, any other interpretation (such as "I'm posting an honest opinion") doesn't seem reasonable.
Where did you get that info and why are you peddling it as fact? "no drilling rig available" - seems pretty definite?
I see little point in the post as what you have posted is hearsay only and only invokes more speculation - for speculations sake.
