to a certain extent you are right, it all depends on who reads it and how they interpret the information. Less sophisticated investors might believe the $8 line and buy the stock and subsequently get badly burnt. It all depends how people distill information that is provided to them. This forum is full of allegations, hunches, innuendos, ramping...and genuine information. It's just a matter of knowing what to look for.
