The Chief did ask about the EIS process.Can someone enlighten us!Because the Chinese have to do feasibility studies,will this delay the EIS? Considering also the ABS fiasco,will this mean that the consortium must be finalized before the EIS can be given? Surely this will have the greatest influence on the short-medium term SP.
