an equity raising. In the current operating and market conditions, the Company advises that it has no present
intention to undertake an equity raising.
Newcrest’s Half Year Financial Results and Annual Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves Statement are
expected to be released to the market tomorrow as scheduled.
