Simpler engineering ?

A vehicle that has two power sources rather than one and all the compromises that come with that ????

There's a very good reason there's not more hybrids around.

Very few people want them.

Anything that uses any sort of fossil fuel must be banned, even though a Hybrid has less environmental damage than an EV

So this discussion is not about the environment, it's got nothing to do with clean air or the health of the planet as you all thought, it's about getting rid of the oil companies

A proper Hybrid, and some of them are not proper hybrids are the most efficient vehicle with the best of both worlds

Not only that but they can be put into full production immediately with existing technology
The sale price would be probably cheaper than a normal IC car due to simpler engineering requirements

So why not tell us the reasons that we should continue with EVs
