its not unexpected though. the "market" will likely wait for confirmation rather then leap ahead of production. while this strategy may miss 10 or 20% return, depending how fast they react to anns, over the long term is the risk adverse strategy will still provide baggies and maybe dividends at some point.
if google searches for potash is anything to go by...... the curiosity is there
