Interesting read aljscott. The author is not logical in comments regarding ZFX earnings in relation to the attractive of the offer though. ZFX earnings are irrelevant unless the offer is modified to a scrip based offer.

Blocking stake is important - sufficient to prevent compulsory acquisition not enough to prevent consolidation of revenues though at this stage. But ZFX are apparently willing to sit as large minority shareholder which is what is making this whole thing so interesting.
