I think there would be great benefit to AGM merging with ZFX...

I think there would be great benefit to AGM merging with ZFX because of the infrastructure ZFX holds in the region, but the takeover offer fails to recognise the loyalty and vision of AGM's long term holders.

What would be possibility be of ZFX pulling the bid and trying to set up a joint venture arrangement in order to accelerate the development of AGM's resources, which includes the use of ZFX's existing infrastructure?

That would be an interesting concept.
