It’s not information MTB just a personal worry as stated.
A worry a lot of people had in the back of their minds I suspect. But for this investor to come in they must be pretty confident on the sovereign risk factor.
When all the boxes are ticked and the last signature is the only thing you are waiting for while you slowly go broke and all that’s left is to “campaign” for the signature you get suspicious there might be motive. Not hard to put pen to paper so funding can easily be sort and the operation move forward.
