It doesn't matter how many times you repeat yourself, 20th or 200th, it won't make any difference. Fact is we still have no Mining Convention. Fact is Cameroon has got CFA12,374 billion (US$19.1 billion) debt to serve. Fact is Cameroon has to create as many jobs as possible for its nation.

If funding was committed over 12 months and the Cameroon Prime Minister is still sitting on the unsigned Mining Convention, I will be the first one to sell and run.

Obviously your so-called "letter of financial support" is not a funding commitment which can get the project off the ground. IMO, no funding commitment, no Mining Convention. Simple.
