There is no doubting that a leader with a proven
track record would be great to have. Such a
person will have made money for investors and
because of that they would back that person.
It’s troubling that Veritas has not agreed to
underwriting this issue , they have pulled over
$300,000 in fees from Spacetalk and are
obviously not sure they can get it away.
By appointing them it’s clear that there will be
a sizeable shortfall.
So the directors have put the survival on retail
shareholders. The proposition to invest is not
compelling, the watches have no intellectual
property and are manufactured in SE Asia so
no protection.
To invest more money into this with all of the
problems is risky at best. Miracle required.
