Bundy_Too ; what I am saying is based solely on
facts . I don’t think anyone would argue with your
comments re MF. The truth is that this company
has been under siege from shareholders for quite
some time and the management has suffered.
The predicament now is that the company has rolled
the dice and issued the prospectus. The issue is
not underwritten which sends alarm bells because
it means the larger shareholders won’t be taking up
their entitlements, which means they are probably
sellers , which creates another problem.
