Brand is amazing - marketing is wonderful and customer support does the job. Expenses are off the tap - so much money was spent paying companies to leave spacetalk good reviews and xplora and moochies bad ones. Product only sells when priced below $275 but selling at $275 was easily a net loss especially as a result of marketing costs. Sales head, HR head and COO are all being paid horrific amounts of money for minimal output. Also, the financial situation is so much worse than what they show publically

If you could pick up this brand and start fresh with all the bad salaries off the books, no debt and great leadership it would succeed in the same way Xplora has and Moochies is starting to do. For now though i worried the damage is far done, best thing for the company would be a big buyout.
