Wah Nam were very coy in their announcement! They didn't even mention the FIRB as such!

I got the impression they will extend the offer till April also.

These guys are unbelievable!

"The Directors( including the
independent non-executive Directors) consider that the terms of the Supplemental Agreement are fair
and reasonable and in the interests of the Company and the Shareholders as a whole."

Well I disagree because the directors AREN'T independent! They have a vested interest in Wah Nam. Mr Beckwith doesn't have any BRM shares!
