I am calling the quarterly a glitch, possibly intentionally, given IO price and the main game of resource upgrade.
The SP is holding up and there is likely some shenanigans going on the backgrund with MQG involved and the recent volume, as Chelkn suggested.
Also interesting that MQG are assisting FMG with the part sale of the The Pilbara Infrastructure Pty Ltd and that the sale price will benefit from any proposed increase in volume on the train set.
