I reckon NDO would have retained the rig if Galoc was producing; now NDO have to watch the pennies.
As I said before, GPC's C&ck-ups have cost us real money and opportunities.
Having said that though and GPC have now been told (by Energy Officials and JV partners), let's all move on and pull in some cash from Galoc.
The big day should not be far off now!
