Thanks for picking that out, looks like the purpose is already locked in (although the word intention is one I like to use when I intend not to)

Looking forward to the so called detail we will get prior to AGM (as per JB comments posted here)

I can only assume the market has factored it in if sophisticated investors have been approached, and that purpose was not totally insane (solvency concerns would have been leaked)

Stock didn't slide 20% as predicted
