Is mihal still a friend of JB?
I am sure I have read that he is family friends with the man somewhere.

If they need 10million for what ever reasons they could have:
Used share holders first
Actually finalize the van mag deal
Or wait till the options get over the line if they could have,

I will be happy if they use the 10million to put up a block the constant selling and not this aggressive growth attack that won't work.

So this would have been a total board decision, so don't just blame JB it appears all is the same.

And if we are so off the mark and are not getting duped lets us know how this will benefit us through an announcement!
