    Looks like all the forced sellers are out. No one is selling down and there are no major parcels listed for sale.

    Looks like all larger holders are sitting on their shares waiting for VA or riches.

    With no more panic sells, with any luck it points to insiders being confident that Arc can secure a deal to survive.
