A good question but completely irrelevant, if you dont expect the money you dont commit To spending it. Directors have a duty to ensure financial priorority and stand to incur a great personl loss if it goes belly up. So far this year i have topped up by 20% on my holding on the Bargain prices. Roll on the next couple of months untill the land dries up and serious work starts.
