There suddenly seem to be an influx of non-holders in these threads, hope they are not feeding you more negativity. Yes, the news is bad but to suggest they will go under now is a bit over the top. Obviously we need to receive further information from Len about our future, but if you look back to some past announcements, Cougar will release an announcement about their negotiation with LIH and if goes according to plan, LIH will take up a further placement ($1mil) at 3.5cents. The dollar amount might not be much but it sure does help.

It further states that

"The terms of the Definitive Cooperation Agreement are to be finalised with the intention that Cougar Energy and LIH will establish a joint venture entity to which Cougar Energy will contribute, amongst other things, its operational and technical knowhow and LIH will contribute seed capital initially expected to be A$ 3,000,000 and access to its Chinese coal leases for review as potential UCG projects."

Therefore, we do have a future outside Qld. So let's hope for the best, but next time remember to avoid overcommitting.
