My undertsanding is that LIH and Cougar need to find a suitable site and go through the hole approval process somewhere in China...having being invovled in mining acitivities in China that's going to take atleast 1 - 2 years.

And we don't know if the continued support of LIH was subject to Cougar getting the go-ahead in Kingaroy, which they seemed confident of getting.

Agree we need to see what comes out on Monday/Tuesday, however as a holder of CXY and other UCG stocks I don't hold out much hope atm for CXY.

The ongoing concern test is a real issue for CXY atm IMO.
