During the board disputes and arguments over the takeover offer the only benefit that could be seen was the installation of another more aggressive management team. Now that the previous managing director and 2 other directors have deserted the ship, the remaining board members are able to instigate the strategy that they wanted to without having to hand over a company loaded with cash and resources to a company that has no cash and what seems to be very little in resources.
