ahhh turnbull, dutton et al, raising the matter of gangs - have got it all wrong. the victorian police used to claim that there were no gangs.
it seems that the problem is not gangs, but more a case of just groupings of people, controlled by ring leaders.
"To be honest with you,” South Sudanese community leader Richard Deng tells the ABC, “there are no gangs in Victoria.”
Mr Deng said a number of kids in his area had become disengaged with the community and fallen in with "ringleaders" who pushed them into crime …
"There are just a group of young kids who are going together in a group and they are terrorising people because they are going in a group."

on a total unrelated matter, watso was reading something about iq levels - but if someone has a low iq - does that mean the person could be one stubbie short of a six pack???
