Binbin again, thanks for the facts, and sorry for the flak you take.
I think the main point is tax wasn't taken into account in valuations (I've said this before too), however it makes sense if they can spend profits elsewhere to avoid tax.
I think many buy PEN because they know its a low cost producer, and if the U price does take off again, its profits and valuation will multiply, not just go up.
