I was at the meeting and Rob Stewart was livid with the results of the first 4 resolutions. His face was red as red can be. The obvious conclusion is Brazil voted against all 4 resolutions as it was heavy in favor of passing until the poll was taken and we waited 20 minutes for the result. It had to be a very big holder.

There was also a few irate shareholders who said their piece as well and most people agreed with them that the board needs a complete overhall.

Representatives of the take over company were present and MBP directors and these guys were not great friends.

Reasons for the results would not be explained at the AGM when asked.
