Being "rather a conservative and cautious guy' i agree with your comments re clay and understand that 'negotiation' and 'comprimise' are the sticking points atm.
Any VISION needs to be shared quickly and any new faces introduced with haste...give us /the market a chance to digest research and if imprseed BACK this vision...until this occurs i am just as you have previuosly stated...(LOL)
Understand how you must feel holding...if its any consolation i have my 'worry' stocks too!
