I think that you guys might be being confused by the somewhat poorly worded announcement. They have mixed up results for the Kitumba prospect (the one with the very good results earlier) with those for the Kakoshi prospect, a new prospect some 5km to the NW of Kitumba.
The Kakoshi holes are actually showing a new mineralised system, albeit with lowish grades at this time. Who knows what it will develop into with more drilling. Those results are for KAKDD001 and KAKDD002.
Hole KITDDO3 at Kitumba was testing the southern extent of the mineralised zone, and came up with not much. Doesn't mean much except to limit the potential for mineralisation in that direction.
