Agree. Initial approach with far better metrics was rejected out of hand.
Clime put a fair value of $1.68 on SKE, assuming a required rate of return of 14% (don't ask how they arrived at that, I think its a proprietary calculation that takes into account risk).
In contrast, they believe PRG is currently over valued with a fair value at $2.53.
Clime have a pretty rigorous approach to their technical analysis.
