    they can't raise the exercise price of an oppy ..its set in concrete....anyway they are staff opions..non tradeable...they have to exercise...and then trade on market...but to suggest they can change the exercise prise after the deal is done...well ....thats not worthy of any comment...anyway the staff deserve some profit for their endeavours...
