    Gee Oracle, The Storm mmm

I thought I was accused of "flaming you" and didn't realise what the word meant :) now I see from your last post that you felt comparing AAM management to the storm was outrageous....I call it poetic licence. Making a point!

I am going to re issue the storm below and omit calling you a dreamer.

    http://www.foxsports.com.au/story/0,8659,27026443-5018866,00.html
"Melbourne Storm major sponsor Host Plus has joined Member's Equity Bank in a mass exodus from the club in the wake of revelations of massive salary cap rorting."

I read and wonder... decided to start anew heading re AAM although I am sort of replying to several prior comments.
    .......................this Line omitted
    Dear Oracle,
    You wrote
"To me a real positive is that they've resourced up with what I think seems a good management team- and they've got someone focused on investor relations That all says to me that they're serious about running more professionally than what we've been used to."

You know this, oh "you think", BASED ON WHAT?
I don't want to appear nasty, please base your statements on facts.
Also don't be so confused re BWJ, he's giving you some life experience, now read some of the ASX announcements. Make a list with dates and statements and then think.
Like THE STORM.... there are now more and more shareholders who have NO CONFIDENCE IN THIS MANAGEMENT.
This is reflected in the share price which is back at its June 2005 level. Adjusting for inflation and the additional shares on issue ........ Anyone who bought and held has lost money...unless you got them at 8c or 13c etc.
In 2009 there were continuing releases
    RE December PRODUCTION!!!
Since then we have COMMISSIONING (laughter)
You want the share price to go up? Why should it?
There has been approx 6m options converted from Dec 2009 to end Mar 2010. I've given up counting. ie Director and employee options etc. 1.3m director shares have been sold onto the market at ave +35c WHY? How many employee options were sold and at what price?
Problems with personnel. They hired CPC who presumably had personnel. Was the contract price to low? were there issues with contract resolution? Was the contract managed? Did AAM management resolve issues quickly, did WATPAC dig the right ore, were the adjustments to the mill carried out quickly... ????? There a lots more question and none answered.
Read the ASX statements. Check the cash at start and end of these periods. Look at timing of the last share issue.
Can this support 60 mouths and the contracts with CPC and WATPAC and other liabilities that we are not privy to?
    March Quarterly Activities Report
WHAT does "steady state gold production...by end of April" mean? Is that the SAME STEADY RATE we have had for the last quarter. (yes I'm chuckling sadly)
We still have that 23.5 kg bar... great going JW so that several weeks ...NOTHING!
Gold room completion...current quarter...good one.. bravo.
60 on site personnel.... Is JW going to pay them with more converted options or issue them pieces of paper which they can try and flog on the market together with those held by "the sophisticated investors". Or issue more shares?
I say lets change the "code" from AAM to "STORM"

POSTSCRIPT: At the time AAM was about 24cents.
We weren't told they converted shares because they were out of money.
We weren't told of the real delays nor of the plant problems
We weren't told of the number of geologists and other staff who walked or were fired including the last mine manager. only that they had difficulty getting staff.
We weren't told why the gold room has taken .. I forget how long :)
We weren't told were the money went.
We weren't told why they had capital raising after capital raising.
We weren't told that the ore they were putting through was too wet nor that they were blending ore and by the results they were crushing DIRT not ORE.
We could see that they kept paying for things with share issues, for the camp, the consultant geologist, and I wonder at what price these were sold on the market. I know some were definately sold months back.
We weren't told that JW had no clue how to run a CIP plant but it seems obvious.
We weren't told why they sold Narnoo and why we'd like to buy shares in it via St George.
We were told that AAM had 1.7m oz resource, now it's approx 1.3 m oz (reported in grams)
