    I wouldn't doubt at all that PB are interested in the PAD business and could be tz's first real spin-off. What will be interesting is the $'s offered and whether our directors are in favour or not, will be a test as to how fairdinkum they are in maximising shareholder value. IMO will be more than chips on the table
