In reference to MB's article in the SMH a couple of days ago, he wouldn't look at all smart at his seminar tomorrow should TZ fail.
The clue is here:

Are we about to be delivered immense rewards?
Also, if AP is going with a competitor, then why is Aus Post still rolling out TZ parcel lockers?
