Haz,I do not agree with your analysis.
Generally speaking, TZ management went overboard with their conservativism when it comes to ASX announcement. Even contracts amounting to 5% market cap of the company was not announced.This caused a great deal of angst and unneeded pressure on the share price.
For them to call a trading halt for a non material event like the failure to win a contract they never had(which is what your post suggest) goes against the historic performance of the board. TZ never had a contract with AP and if they don't get the contract, it is not even worth an announcement let alone a trading halt.
At the risk of causing ire from UNS holders, I would suggest that you guys should take a serious look at TZ as I truly believe that TZ has far more potential as it provides essential ingredients for 2 fastest growing segmemts of e commernce (cloud computing and internet retailing) wheras UNS is involved in the hit and miss segment of the retractable syringe market dominated by Terumo and BD...big players them...
