I suspect a deal is hatching atm; associates of Directors, nothing in it for Shareholders. Surely no cash left by now; a meager $235k as at 30/09/2015 and Admin alone burning $100k per week. Some of those Creditors must be ready to push the button; probably making sure ATO is not on the list - Section 222 can ruin your life.
At least you should get a nice flowery Obituary from Mr Weasel Words.
