Hi Mariuarna ( Spelling )can have some good side benefits as a medication but smoking ( over a long period of time affects the Brain and normal behaviour. Nicotine may have medical uses but not when it is breathed into the lungs with all the other additives that are added to make them burn quicker and make them more addictive. Smokers who have rolled their own all the time are very low in the statitics re Lung Cancer not sure about the other problems. I gave up smoking Cold Turkey 35 years ago and its the only bad habit that I have given up , I may have taken on a few other habits since then Cheers Towie A bit of Rambling On The Reds are kicking in Cheers
