I know you stated you were looking at low risk shares, but if you are after a small amount of high risk, high return shares the Speculator in the Bulletin has a very good track record over many years (although interestingly is struggling this year). Even if you don't buy it's interesting and informative reading his stock picks.
Was my first entry into successful share trading.
