Not really allowed to give you financial advice unless licensed and stockbrokers arent allowed to post on hotcopper. But take this with a grain of salt, Id bypass property and if you wanted to invest in the stockmarket maybe buy 6 blue chip stocks in lots of 25k each with a spread of sectors, eg insurance banks oil etc etc. I have all my cash just sitting in the bank and it feels good, when oppurtunities present then do something but if nothing looks good then do nothing.
