The people who comment here seems to have no idea at all about Biotechs.
Remember a biotech called Gropep, well they had 80mil shares and went from 0.40 to $1.60 on a profit of $4mil per annum until they were bought out for $2.05.
ACL gets 50% of lets say conservatively $200mil = $100mil - costs 50% = $50mil profit.
Now when the sales go into the billions then this could become another ACL but I suspect they will be taken out by a major pharma long before then.

Once you get to ANDA it is a 98% certainty to get approval especially as itm is a generic and better that the original.
At preclinical 98% of drugs fail, at Phase1 80% of drugs fails, get the picture, tell that to your broker broker.
