what do you read into it ?
personally I'm happy they keep the Australia listing, but I would be even more happy if they would transfer the HQ to the US. Let it become a US biotech. Perhaps that would attract more patriotic investment in the US. Maybe even better if it would also delist from the ASX and move (transfer) all our holdings 1 for 30 to the NASDAQ and be a fully fledged NASDAQ listed company rather than an ADR2 listed company for a little unknown Aussie biotech.
As long as we get a fair fill of NASDAQ PBMD shares for our PRR shares then great. If NASDAQ is the primary and only place for the price to be influenced then all the better.
