macmacca thank you for your reply ,if I have irritated your red neck then that is a reason that you should revisit your response.
Every problem starts somewhere and when you have a socialist govt.plus an out of control union movement(by out of control I mean consumed by their own greed and feed by laziness) then you do not get a prize for predicting the present situation.
