The EZ has sent 'experts' to Greece to try and help clean up vital industries. The French are involved with the health care sector, German's with engineering, etc. Greece has first refused to accept the external aid provided, but seeing the overwhelming economic and financial issues, they finally agreed.
We all feel sorry for the Greek people, there is no denying that they are making extraordinary sacrifices to stay in the EU. According to most surveys - the majority of Greeks still want to stay in EZ, and they really need the markets, politicians and international organizations to work together on the 'least worst' solution for Greece.
Don't know if this is realistic, but it is hard to disagree.
