I have been watching SLA's asx news for 6 months. They are look very rosy. Very promising indeed.
(Most public companies have at least one independent director. They act as watch-dog for minority sh/h)
However my concern is there is not a single 'Independent director on the SLA BoD.
So how can investors be assured that those news are correct and not just 'cooked-up' stories? I am not pointing any finger here here, I am merely asking the standard prudent question.
Until then I'd keep watching, without investing.
For example: I understand the newly appointed CEO of Plus SMS, a listed company in NZ, have in the last 6 months uncovered that previous CEO have made many bogus ann to the NZX.
