If you care to read the section that addresses this in last year's annual report you will find that the company have addressed this concern in a very appropriate way and that as they say is that where the independent director thing you raise is at at the moment. No independent directors as yet all explained. Nice thought though and shows that SLA is on top of yet another unresearched concern
