Management buying a relative handful of shares only a few weeks ago (4th May) ....just shuts down any possible likelihood of significant announcements for 3 months.

The 4 May purchase follows a modest purchase by them also on 17 Dec last.....it is dumb and unfair to shareholders, to again - for the sake of a few shares close off the universal trill, of a big announcement, that traders crave with small cap pharma. (all around the world in fact).

Management insiders buying shares and than making a good announcement - well even this management group would know (or should know).....that is not a good look in the eyes of the regulators. So yes nothing for another couple of months.

Full management disclosure (within reason and sure taking into account certain confidentialities) .....MUST proceed directors buying.

But it is my firm belief.... this company has fully disclosed the potential of the drug - in cancer, non cancer applications and its ability to work outside of  the CNS. Blue sky potential of the drug has been explained and the stated "right to surprise" is behind us now.

We (investors) have not been treated like mushrooms.....the market has been fully informed, thus the directors are in a position to buy $30,000 or $40,000 worth of shares ever few months.

Many of the people who post here need to wake up to themselves - talk to the company and ask them what is going on. It works and you will feel like you actually.... do have a backbone.
