Usually participants would only be picking it up in the trial if they were unhappy with their current medication - either side effects &/or adverse reactions or the drug was having a limited effect on their condition. They wouldn't be cleaning out a drug that works for them & going months with no medication without reason & just for kicks.
As to the thread title going by the number of posts there clearly is interest amongst holders but those same holders with the interest already have their exposure & no desire to buy anymore stock.
