In transition from an exciting high risk specy to a boring medium cap, thus a transfer occuring between those with different risk profiles is occuring. And for the instos, I expect they will want to see some big changes around board and senior management before getting too excited about this...trust does not exist IMO.

Getting tempted to wade back in as a long term income generating part of my portfolio, but would really love to hear about a few staff changes before doing so. That is the clear buy signal for me.
