it is interesting to look at the daily sales turnover.
CKF has a market cap currently at A$100m+.
daily sales vol. $100k to $150k sales/purchases per day. Handful of trades.
Compare this with CTP (different industry acknowledged) - slightly higher market cap. Turn-over in the order of $500k and higher per day.
IMO CKF has a very lower turnover, I sam pointing it down to the major players having reached or nearly reached their thresholds. Small players - retail M+Dads probably leaving it in bottom drawer as the logical stop loss was over looked.
Day2Day share price movements based on the smallest of movements. Today, at open, several small parcels pushed thru at <$1000, with a price of $1.11. Price did recover.
This stock has been on a slippery slope since the outlook downgrade and the Feb announcement (bad weather blah blah) reinforced market expectations.
Friday - 29 June 2012 is the date scheduled for release of the random FY period.
I won't be stocking up, but I want a taste, so I have already taken a bite!
