We should expect an update on results before then Tanewi, hopefully not long after they close their books next week.
Good to see YUM (KFC franchisor) post healthy earnings overnight. 73% surge in earnings. While largely driven by growth in the Chinese market for KFC, they also surprised with better than expected trading in US stores.
I appreciate that this is outside CKF's franchise spectrum, but the health of the KFC brand is good news for our slice of the fried chicken pie.
The impact would be marginal, but hopefully this translates to greater tourist uptake of our products when they come down under and improved branding generally.
