There simply isnt any interest in Bandanna at the current time. Volume appears to have dried up.

I guess traders are looking for stocks that will provide capital increases at the current time whereby BND will not produce for a year or two and capital appreciations is some time off. Although, if JV partner gets announced in this quarter, things may change.
